INTRODUCING
The EDGE Method

The unique system our EDGE Girls are using to build the body of their dreams while improving their overall health and function without sacrificing foods they love or precious time. 

PHASE 1: 
Rebuild, Repair, and Restore

Getting your food and macronutrients dialed in and eating more! We focus on metabolic repair, hormone balancing, inflammation relief, energy, digestion, mood, sleep, habit building, mindset, and everything else required to get your body out of survival mode. In this phase we will gradually transform your current lifestyle in a step-by-step manner, to safely prepare your body for phase 2.
At this stage, the workouts will be focused on what's required  to build a toned and athletic body. This begins  building your full body strength and addressing any weaknesses you may have. You will have a private training channel where you upload your form videos for assessment. 

PHASE 2: 
Build It Up -Strength Training

Now we build a solid base. We don't make our clients spend hours doing cardio, we build muscle to increase your resting metabolism to burn more fat overtime.  This phase is what will create the shape you are after. We create custom exercise programs to change your body composition to fit your needs and meet your goals. Muscle burns more energy at rest than fat tissue.  Muscle also gives you that toned and defined shape you’re after. Cardio won’t get you strong - thus, it won’t build muscle. You need to become strong to change your body composition. And your body composition is the reason you don’t look how you want to look. 
Strength training will help you increase lean muscle mass and lose body fat all while increasing your calories not decreasing them. With your schedule in mind, you never have to worry about sacrificing your precious time. With our strength training system you can follow from home or at the gym. 

PHASE 3:
Lean & Sculpted - Turn up the Intensity

This phase will focus on plyometric resistance, endurance, and strength based movements that will target your entire body, challenge your muscles, and burn a serious amount of fat (Don't worry, we can work around any injuries or limitations). The goal is to keep your muscles constantly challenged while steadily increasing endurance and setting your metabolism on fire! All to reveal the shape you built in Phase 2 while still enjoying the foods & health benefits of Phase 1. This stage will push your mind beyond its current comfort zone, challenge your body’s natural set point and increase your athletic threshold.


PHASE 4:
Maintain Your Edge Body

It’s one thing to stick to a plan when you’re actively working toward a goal, but when the work is "done" and you have achieved your dream body… what then? 
In this phase we shift our focus to staying on track to keep your results for life! At the end of the day, maintaining a strong, lean, and healthy body comes down to finding a balance between fitness and enjoying your life. If you can’t enjoy your life, what’s the point of having a great body? In other words, learning to allow yourself some freedom without falling completely off track. One night out with friends will not ruin everything you worked for, but it will definitely make your life a little more fun!
